Our legal team is tirelessly pursuing justice in the courts, having launched 21 habeas corpus actions challenging unlawful detentions since last autumn, with 13 cases initiated just this year. While many of these battles remain ongoing and demand our persistent advocacy, we are also taking the fight directly to state and local entities. We have filed three critical lawsuits challenging government agencies, including two against the Tennessee Highway Patrol and a potential appeal in Putnam County. Beyond these systemic challenges, we are standing with a deported mother in state court, fighting to protect her parental rights and reunite her with her child.
