General. This website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition. and its affiliated entities, including TIRRC Votes (collectively, “TIRRC”) and the merchandise and services they offer.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use. Except as otherwise set forth herein, these general terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (the “TIRRC”) website (the “Site”) and any products purchased from the TIRRC from the Site (the “Products”). By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, then you are requested to immediately exit the Site. TIRRC may take any actions it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, restricting your access to the Site or Products if the TIRRC determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
Revisions to Terms and Conditions. Please refer to these Terms and Conditions regularly. TIRRC may at any time and without prior notice revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. Your continued use of the Site following posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions signifies that you accept these revisions.
TIRRC Products and Merchandise.
Merchandise is limited to the sizes, colors, and variants listed on our website. If a size or variant does not appear online, it is currently unavailable. Be sure to check back as items may be restocked and available for purchase at a later date.
If the item you ordered was unable to be fulfilled because of stock related issues we may contact you via the email provided in your order to exchange the item for another item of equal value or offer you a full refund. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
In most cases, orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified.
If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please email us at accounts@tnimmigrant.org.
If damaged, please provide evidence of the damage in your email and we will provide a return label via email. Once the damaged item has arrived at our facility, we will provide a replacement provided the item is in stock. If not, we will provide another item of equal value.
If your order contains an incorrect item, please email us and we will provide a return label via email. Once the incorrect item has arrived at our facility, we will ship the correct item to the address provided. If for some reason the correct item is no longer in stock we will submit a refund for that item or can send a replacement item of equal value at your request.
We are not responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn.
Prices do not include, and you shall be responsible for, all applicable sales taxes for any Products you purchase.
Site Content.
a. Copyright. All content, including but not limited to information, data, graphics, logos, trademarks, messages, photographs, the HTML code that the TIRRC creates to generate the Site, or other materials (collectively, “Content”) included on the Site is the property of the TIRRC or content providers of the TIRRC and is protected by copyright law. You may not produce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of Content of this site or any related software without the prior written consent of the TIRRC or as authorized under these Terms and Conditions. However, you may print or download a copy of the Content for your personal use as long as you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
b. Third party content. TIRRC claims no proprietary rights to, or affiliation with, any third party trademarks or logo references or appearing on the Site. You should not infer any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from the use of third party marks on the Site as such marks are used solely to designate certain products or services as belonging to their respective owners.
c. Images. Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, the TIRRC. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Information Privacy and Security. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, TIRRC seeks to protect the privacy of personal information you submit over the Site. Please review the TIRRC Privacy Policy for more information about how the TIRRC handles personal information. However, the security of the Internet cannot be guaranteed and therefore the TIRRC cannot assure your privacy. The TIRRC is not responsible for any unauthorized access to communications that you submit over the Internet.
Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Links. TIRRC may, from time to time, provide links to other outside websites not associated with TIRRC. TIRRC has not reviewed and is not responsible for such linked websites or the content of any of the linked websites. TIRRC provides these links as an additional resource for its website users and makes no representations regarding the content of any linked website or any companies that own, control or manage the linked websites.
