The clock is ticking. Tennessee's AG gave the president until September 5th to terminate the DACA program or he and 9 other extremist AGs will take him to court. The futures of more than 8300 young Tennesseans hang in the balance.

Undocumented youth in cities across Tennessee are leading the fight to defend DACA and build support for the Dream Act of 2017 - and Tennessee Dreamers need you.

Here are 3 ways you can join the campaign today:

  1. Build support for DACA in your community. We've created a toolkit with resources and action steps that all Tennesseans can take to defend DACA and special resources for DACA recipients, educators, and faith leaders to engage in the campaign. Download and share the #DefendDACA toolkit today.
  2. Join the #DefendDACA Rally on August 3rd in Nashville. On August 3rd, Vice President Mike Pence will be coming to Nashville to attend the state Republican Party's annual dinner. Joining the Vice President will be Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam and most of our Members of Congress. Join us for a rally outside of the dinner to demand that DACA remains in tact until a legislative solution has passed. RSVP on Facebook. Don't live in Nashville? Don't worry! We'll be organizing actions in cities across the state on August 19th - save the date!
  3. Fuel the fight to defend DACA. Make a donation and invest in our work to train youth leaders, to educate policy makers and voters on the importance of DACA and the contributions of Dreamers, and to take powerful action in defense of the program. Make a one-time gift or becoming a sustaining donor.
