Thousands of immigrants and refugees come to TIRRC each year for assistance answering questions and referrals to partner agencies. This volunteer role includes answering calls and responding to voice mails, tracking client information in a database, and providing referrals for available resources in the community. This opportunity requires a commitment of 3 days per month, 2-3 hours per shift. Volunteers must be able to handle sensitive information. Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
