On June 30th, the President made a promise to immigrant families that he would do everything he could to fix our broken immigration system by the end of the summer. On September 6, he announced that he intended to break that promise and deny immigrant families relief until after the November elections. Over 1,000 people are separated from their families by deportation each day, and by November 4th over 66,000 people will be deported. Below are examples of people who could be separated from their families while the President delays immigrant families relief.
