What is TIRRC?

TIRRC is a statewide, immigrant and refugee-led collaboration whose mission is to empower immigrants and refugees throughout Tennessee to develop a unified voice, defend their rights, and create an atmosphere in which they are recognized as positive contributors to the state.

Election Dates

Early voting for State Primary and County General Elections began July 3, 2012 and will continue until July 28, 2012.

Election Day for State Primary and County General Elections is August 2, 2012.

Early voting for State and Federal General Elections begins October 17, 2012 and will continue until November 1, 2012.

Election Day for State and Federal General Elections is November 6, 2012.

Learn About Tennessee's New Photo ID Law

In 2011, the Tennessee General Assembly passed a new Voter ID law that will make it more difficult for Tennessee residents to exercise their right to vote. Visit the Tennessee Department of Elections website to learn more about what documents you'll need to ensure you are able to vote this year.
